If you are not able to prove your identity, we will reserve ourselves the right to refuse to send you personal data about yourself. In accordance with decree 2007-451 dated 25/03/2007, your request will be satisfied within a 2 months deadline, subject to its non-abusive character. A basic amount which can not exceed the one corresponding to the reproduction of documents will be invoiced to you following your request.
Concerning rectification and suppression rights : the preliminary conditions are similar to the ones concerning right of access.
