The Company has aimed at integrating numerous essential links in the chain of pharmaceutical values by proposing to its Clients services extending from pure R&D – with the development or adaptation of patented pharmaceutical forms – up to supplying the medicinal product in its final packaging, including registration and cession of the marketing authorization files required, in addition to the production of batches for marketing.
Equipped with an impressive industrial set-up, its product portfolio at the present time covers over fifty medicinal products sold in over 140 countries throughout the world.
In 2007, Ethypharm, until then a family owned French Company, joined Astorg Partners, an independent capital investment Company who acquired majority of the capital – an alliance permitting the Company to sail through its future stages of development, reinforcing its world leadership in the field of DDS and continuing its constant policy of investment in innovative pharmaceutics.
Ethypharm has already developed, manufactured and marketed, together with its Partners, over 50 products worldwide.
In 2008 Ethypharm established a branch in the USA for the purpose of developing and accompanying their products with a view to further extending their North American Market.
